[00:00:00] Hey friends. Welcome back to the Called to Lead podcast. So. This year, I have been committed. As many of you might know to my word of the year renewal. Which is tied to Romans 12 two, but also to my hopes. And a vision for leading the company that I've been a part of Seint. Two renewal, which essentially is outlining the principles in Brett.
Blake's amazing book. ~Uh, ~called renewal for field leaders that outlines the path for both network marketing corporate, but more importantly, those of us in that regarding marketing leadership, to be able to align better with the principles that have been proven most effective in this business model of network marketing that. I love so very much.
And I've seen to bless not only my life, even outside of the financial side. But the lives of hundreds and honestly, thousands of others in our company and in other companies as [00:01:00] well. And so I have been all year sharing my renewal recap, which is essentially looking at the last month in my business.
And. Essentially analyzing the good, the bad, the ugly, all of the things and sharing out loud. My actual KPIs are my actual numbers with you. Just to kind of show you, is it working? And so I want to continue this series,~ uh,~ at least with one more episode, this may likely be the last episode because many of you maybe know that Seint has decided to. Essentially eliminate the team side. Of their compensation plan to go into full on affiliate, which is essentially taking about. We're taking away the aspect of the business that I love the most, which is helping other people build a business by sharing a product that they love.
And so, because of that, I think I can say that unfortunately Seint has not come and likely will not go through the renewal state, at least in the [00:02:00] way that we had hoped. And so renewal, as far as Seint goes is,~ uh,~ something that I can say I'm no longer aligned with or committed to helping create for the company. However, having said that many of you that are listening are either in another network marketing company already, or maybe you're starting a journey in another network marketing company. And the principles that I've talked about all year long and outlining the chisel acronym that Brett Blake talks about in his book on how to lead your team back to renewal, they are something that you absolutely should be paying attention to in your business.
Now. In anticipation of when that shakeout phase that we have experienced, ~um,~ other companies as well, Rhodan and fields,~ uh, ~beauty counter, some of the other ones that are making similar decisions have experienced as well. And so you need to be prepared that this will happen for whatever that new company is that you're joining.
And so it's my hopes with this episode and all of the ones that I've done prior [00:03:00] to this. To be able to serve what this can look like. And I'm excited to share that last month was an amazing month on most of the metrics. And I think that that is proof positive that even in the midst of the hardest season, In my Seint.
Business, that by focusing on these principles that do work. That you can see results that are counter to maybe what even others are experiencing within the same company. And so I am thrilled to wrap up this renewal recap with today's episode sharing an amazing month in June that is worth celebrating with you. So let's dive in to the specifics of the episode.
[00:04:00]
So before I get into sharing the work acronym, which is how I break down and reflect and review the prior month or prior season or something I honestly want to do for my entire journey here at Seint. Is the work accurate acronym. So that stands for w is wins or the wins from last month. Oh, his opportunities for growth are, is some recognition for some amazing people that deserve [00:05:00] shouting out.
And then the Ks or the actual KPIs. So before I get into that, I just want to share a couple of things with you. Maybe just kind of update some of you guys who might be wondering. What are you doing? Heather? You know, a couple of episodes ago, you shared your heart that you're patiently waiting for the Lord in this season. ~Uh, ~last week's episode was all about helping those of you who are making a transition. Understand the ingredients that you need.
And so I can share with you guys that, you know, in taking some time and getting some further clarity, both from a more public facing statement from our corporate team and from some really amazing ways that the Lord has shown up in my life. I can excitedly say that I do have something brewing. I do have that spark.
I do have the clarity and I do have the peace for moving forward with something that I think the Lord has in store. For me, I'm not ready to share what that is next. But I can say that I will no longer be, ~uh,~ aligning with Seint as a company. And I will share more [00:06:00] specifics as I work out the timeline and what those details look like, because I'm still here. Yeah. You know, through this season to serve my team, who's going through this transition, always, always in forever.
I'm here for you if you're on my team or not. ~Um, ~and also of course my customers, because it is an amazing product and,~ uh,~ that I will always believe whether or not it is what I choose to use and promote in the future. So that'll be an, a forthcoming episode, but I do want you to know that if you are stuck in that season of. Darkness and confusion, or honestly, what I'm hearing from a lot of people is they have a piece in the waiting and they might not have that clarity or that spark for what's next.
And some are starting to get it. As they go. I want you to know that it will come in his timing and you can't rush that timing. And he does have a plan for you. And this is just a part of your story and a part of your journey. And I can tell you that you'll know it. If you're looking to him, if you're looking for guidance from someone else, ~Um,~ and certainly worldly wisdom can be helpful from a trusted [00:07:00] mentor, but I just really want you to use your discernment for looking for those things that we talked about in the last episode, before you dive in.
And I can tell you from my experience that when you find them, you will know, and it is it's worth the wait. And here's the last thing I will say. There is no hurry in this business model. If you are starting over at another company. As my mentor, Bob Heilig says that should be your goal. Whether or not anyone follows you, anyone joins you.
I want you to eliminate this sense of scarcity or. ~Uh, ~you know, timeline actually just read. This is so good. You guys, this is, ~um,~ The, ~uh,~ what is it called? It's for my girls that she works his way, the three-step planner. This is an old one. ~Um, ~so it might've been updated slightly, but I just happened to notice that the difference they have at steadfast is greater than fast.
Steadfast is from in purposed. Fixed indirection fast is done in comparatively little time. So I encourage you not to move fast, but when you do find that thing, that lights you up and gives you that clarity and the [00:08:00] peace to move forward. I want you to pursue that. By being steadfast. And so I just want to say that, and I know that that's kind of leaving some of you guys hanging, but I promise I will share the journey with you.
~Um, ~you know, as, as it develops. So let's dive in to recapping last month. Because, like I said, there's more bad or I'm sorry, more good than bad from last month. And I refuse to let the circumstances of. Wrapping up an amazing, beautiful June and finding out on July 1st that essentially all of it was for nothing. Or, well, not everyone, but still for a lot of us, it was kind of for nothing.
So I refuse to let that hard thing negate the good that happened. And so I will share it along with some opportunities for growth as well. So let's dive in to the wins. So the first one I'm going to share, because I, as you know, I'm all about leading by example is I had my fifth best month ever in Seint in the seven and a half years that I have [00:09:00] been here.
And what's wild is I was actually gone. I was only home three days. In the last, like two weeks of June, I was in, I think like three or four states and yeah, four states and one country, I went to Germany. For a quick trip with my sister-in-law. And despite all of that, I was able to have some amazing classes.
I was able to share,~ uh,~ some, some awesome things with my customers and I was able to have an amazing month personally. And so,~ um, ~that is a huge win for me because as you know, that is something that has had sort of slipped in the last few months. So I was very excited to share that as my win number one. When number two.
And again, I shared two to three or well, really three in each of these categories, but my second win is our team sells were also amazing. So it was actually one of our 10 best months ever. I track on my little spreadsheet, the top 10 and green. And I was so excited when it popped up that it was green, meaning it was one of the top 10 best in terms of our team [00:10:00] cells.
And you guys that's in a summer month and yes, we did have a sale, which obviously is always very helpful when it comes to, you know, kind of sparking excitement, but still like the fact that in the midst of a year where we have been consistently down in the midst of the craziness of wrapping up school and the summer months, right.
The J months, which are always slower, Slower. We had one of our 10 best months ever. Like that's amazing. And definitely we're celebrating. So congratulations. If you had a great month for yourself as well. And then lastly, probably my most, and this ties into the recognition piece too, but probably my most favorite win is my girl Marinda, Vinson, who I just shared her story of how she patiently waited.
So I'm going to cry. I served her team. Faithfully. Through the last three and a half years of her being an artist here at Seint. And she did not start her business at the beginning. She did not start and take advantage of the craziness of COVID. And she's proof positive that if you [00:11:00] persevere and few pursue serving people and loving people, that you can hit the top of the company, because that's exactly what she did.
And her team did last month. And they ranked to artists seven, which I realize is not the highest rank and Seint but let's be real. It's the top of the company. I'm going to just going to S just going to say that, ~um,~ it's a big deal. No one had done it in a year and a half. ~Uh, ~and the last person to do it with her amazing mentor, Courtney. And I will say that her celebratory call, which was,~ uh, ~two days. The day.
I think that this all went public was Seint. Was one of my all time favorite experiences and all of Seint because not only was her team showing up to be able to celebrate her and the amazing service that she gave to them in this incredible,~ um, ~ Amazing result, but also people from outside her team that she served and made an impact for, they were on the call sharing the difference that she's made in their lives as a person, as a leader, as a mom, as a friend, And it was just [00:12:00] so incredible to see people.
So many people. It was one of the most, ~uh, ~Well-attended zooms and they don't, I mean, they have a larger team, but it was a majority of their team and others that hopped on to celebrate her. And it was so special. And it's a moment that I will never forget. And ~it, ~it just was such a light in the midst of the darkness that we were all going through.
So congratulations to Miranda and her entire amazing team of their leaders. Many of which I've been chatting about and sharing about,~ um,~ in the previous renewal recaps, but ~it's, ~it's just a huge, huge endeavor. And I'm so proud of you Miranda. And let that be an inspiration that if you are just starting in a new company or you're starting over in whatever capacity that you can lead by Miranda's example and make sure I'll link the episode in the show notes.
So you can go hear her story of how she did it, because it's something that you can do too. And it's something that she can and will do again as well. And I know that and believe that. So it cannot be taken from her, even if that rank doesn't mean anything right now. To her, literally one, one day after she hit [00:13:00] it. It essentially became non-existent and, ~uh,~ that cannot take away the fact that it is such a beautiful milestone that exemplifies the leader that she is. So congratulations Miranda.
Okay. So let's get into the opportunities for growth, which is the O in the work acronym. And so I'm going to address this actually kind of around what I'm seeing happen or what I've seen happen in the last six months with Seint. As we've been in the shakeout. What I'm seeing happen as other companies, including Rhodan and fields. ~Uh, ~have announced a similar plan to Seint and really just talk about the opportunities for growth for network marketing as a whole. ~Um, ~because I really think that,~ um,~ focusing on these things is what helped us to have an amazing month despite all of this.
And I think it's imperative that there are things that we focus on as we all move forward in our own endeavors, in the future within this business model. And so the first. Is, we need to commit together those of [00:14:00] us who like Miranda or like the amazing leaders who were on that call that see the beauty of what this can bring, even despite the brokenness. That can come from letting things like greed or envy or comparison wreak havoc, right?
It doesn't have to be that way because we as leaders and we, as followers of Christ can absolutely leverage the beautiful aspects of this business model, which is the fact that anybody can do this. Anybody can do this. You don't have to be educated. You do not have to have experience in it. In fact, sometimes that can be helpful cause you're like ignorance on fire.
Right. But it's something that you can learn and earn. As you grow. And you're not just growing a business, you're growing as a person in this. And I know if you've been a part of this, even if you've been hurt by this profession, you can see that in some capacity and you can see the hard parts are always tied to the choices that are made by the people that are part of it. And so guess what we are, the people that are a part of it, which means we get to control our actions.
And [00:15:00] when we do, and when we rise above the temptations of sin, the temptations of greed, the comparison of comparing where you are in your journey to someone else's journey or what the Lord has in store for that season of their life, for what he has in store for yours. When you can look past that and you can embrace the goodness that can come from this, we together collectively, whatever company you're at, part of whatever facet. Of the business, that you're a part of whether maybe even you're a business owner, whatever that looks like.
If you're on the corporate team somewhere, we can align together to raise this entire industry by focusing on doing this business the right way. And so it is a huge opportunity right now for us in this profession too. Rise up and lead by example, and to take as much time as you need, but be steadfast when you, when you find that next thing that the Lord has on your path to go all in and to do it the right way and to do it the way that works.
And so, again, listen to. [00:16:00] Episodes I've been sharing in the last two and a half years of this podcast. If you want more specifics on how to do that subscribe, I will continue talking about this. I feel very passionate about this, you know, in all of the, all of the endeavors moving forward that we choose to do.
So let's use this as an opportunity to raise up the industry and the business model and how we can be better and how we can do different. Okay. So one of the ways,~ um,~ and I guess this is kind of tied to that is this whole influencer affiliate marketing and network marketing. So I've talked extensively about this.
I've done episodes in the past where I share the fact that they're two very different business models. And also, you know, the, the five ways that they're impacting our situation right now. And so definitely check out those past episodes, but know that my heart still stands that influencer and affiliate marketing is a completely different structure.
And it's right. For some you guys I've been talking to several of my leaders. And several of my top [00:17:00] sellers through this journey. And some people aren't like meant for network marketing and that's okay. That is, that is not a bad thing. That might not be what the pat, pat the Lord has for them. It's the same way that I had a boutique. ~Um, ~for 16 years and it was something the Lord had for me in that season, but it was not something that he had for me moving forward.
But does that mean that other people shouldn't start boutiques or in boutiques? No. We're all called to different paths. We're all called to different ways of doing it. But network marketing. Is a different business model that is built on helping build other people up, creating a community of people centered around an amazing product and helping them find systems and ways to share it that serves the customers of that product.
And that allows people to build a business around it. Whereas affiliate marketing, influencer, marketing, social, selling, whatever you want to call it, that is simply sharing a product. Growing a platform to be able to share that product and they're different. Okay. [00:18:00] And so I stand beside that and I think that's a part of moving forward in the industry is finding ways to acknowledge that, to embrace that and to realize that there are going to be people that do choose to stay with Seint including our corporate mentor.
And it does. You know, our founder. You know, it does hurt my heart to know that. ~Uh, ~I don't believe that she sees the value that I and other leaders have brought to her company, but I also stand by of her belief is not solid in this business model. And it's clearly not. I'm not sure that it ever has been then who are we to tell her what she, how she can and can't run her business.
There's freedom in the way that we do the business. And is it hurtful to me? Extremely, extremely it's, it's, it's very hurtful, but we have to give grace to others to allow them to pursue whatever path. And if that staying in alignment with our founder and her future vision for this company, that is just as okay as those of us who are choosing to not align with that. And to pursue the [00:19:00] aspect of the business that we know and love, even if they were not able to fully see that or embrace that.
So just keep that in mind, they are different people will choose different paths and we have got to give grace to those who make their own decisions in this business. So that is my second. Opportunity for growth. And then lastly, we have got to start. Not well, how about this? We've got to stop leading with the big money that can be made in this profession. Is it possible for people to build an incredible income for their family through this?
Absolutely, but it is a small amount. Okay. But if we focus on helping a lot of people win to fill that gap that is so desperately needed as inflation rises, as recession sets in. As the uncertainty of the election and everything that we're going through as a country and as a world right now. Having the opportunity for people to make an income that can fill that gap that is based on their own. Work ethic, their [00:20:00] own commitment, their own belief in whatever product that they love. And having that opportunity to do that. It is a powerful thing where people can, can fill that gap, but we've got to stop with this, like, oh look, how much money I made.
Look how much money this person made. You know, you're going to miss the boat. Six, figure this seven, figure this, stop it. Okay. That's not what this is about. And I know that I don't want never really have, I've not wanted. The people who are chasing after that to be who joins me in business. And I want us to shift our thinking on letting that be the case, that if you're tempted to do that, it's probably because it's tied to your pride and your worth might be held captive and what you are making.
And you're feeling like you want to share that with other people to make yourself feel better. But it's going to attract the wrong people and it's going to hurt your business because I know that the people who came into this business. And it doesn't mean that you can't, you [00:21:00] know, set clear goals or that you can't like, Miranda's a perfect example.
She still has really big goals for what this business can do for her family. And that's okay too, but she's one of very few that do. Okay. And I've seen a lot that try to come in with that and they are afraid to fail. They set the bar too high. And what I see work so much better is the people who come into this profession. You know, hoping to make a few hundred dollars a month. They're thrilled when they're able to do that off the bat, they grow and they scale that little by little and step by step within whatever compensation plan that they have.
And that's how they grow and build on a sustainable business. There are very few people that have any idea, the kind of income that I've been able to make over this profession. And I'm totally okay with that. I'm proud of it. But my pride is not tied to it. Does that make sense? And I certainly one of the reasons why I don't share it. And this is actually really funny story. This is a really funny story.
Actually, when I was flying over to Germany, ~um, ~we met this lovely couple. ~Uh, ~it was actually a couple in their daughter behind us and my sister-in-law. Who's a great [00:22:00] customer. ~Um, ~not a distributor. She knows, of course, that loss I noticed, of course she probably doesn't know my income, but she knows that I've done well with it and made some assumptions based off of it.
And she was kind of advocating for me and the business. You know, the business of Seint ~um, ~and what I've been doing. And she's like, oh yeah, you can easily make six figures in this business. And I like, my eyes got wide. I was like, well, actually that's not really like a typical result, you know, but it is a beautiful business model for allowing people to make an income. ~You know,~ for their family, a supplemental income for their family, but that's the kind of assumption that people have in this.
And, and my sweet sister-in-law of course, you know, I talked to her about it afterwards. And I was like, just so you know, that's not, that's not what I'm about. And I don't want people to know what I make in this, because that's not what this is about. Okay. It's about some of these KPIs that I'm sharing that, you know, the average active artists on my team last month made over $500 to support her family. You guys, that is what this is about.
Okay. So. [00:23:00] That is the last thing I'll say for an opportunity for growth is we've got to be better about leading with not the big, you know, leading with the small wins. Okay. So now let's dive into recognition. So this is one of my favorite parts of the work acronym. And that is shouting out three people.
And of course I've already shouted out Miranda, but three more people who have done amazing things in their business. And the first one I want to shout out is Tracy Donald. So you guys, she was actually, I was supposed to shout her out last week or last month, and I'm not really sure. I'm not really sure what happened.
So she's definitely getting a big shout out, but I think it was the Lord allowing me to better even watch her story grow exponentially even since the last month, because Tracy has been in. This business for the network marketing industry for 28 years, you guys she's been a part of multiple companies. And this was something, actually, we had this conversation that, that she let go a few years ago.
This need to try to, you know, yes, she wants to provide for our family, but this need to try to [00:24:00] desperately leverage. ~Um, ~you know, building a team to get to this high level and instead leverage the gifts and skill sets that she has innately from being a part of this for a long time, to build a business for herself and to help serve other people.
And so she has been in the top 12 of my entire team of 40, over 4,400 people in the last two months by by doing this and doing it in a duplicatable way, she does not have a huge social media following. She leverages parties. She leverages serving her customers. Really well. But she's also a top leader here.
So she's one of the few that can really do that well, where she's got strong and personal cells, strong and personal leadership. And what she's been able to do here is awe inspiring to me. And even more importantly, the way that I've watched her navigate this soul crushing news, that, that the company that she's chosen to go all in with.
I mean, all into the very end. Is it taking this from her and she has got the most incredible [00:25:00] attitude. And even though I would consider her kind of a baby believer, maybe Tracy, if you're listening to this. She is starting to seek the Lord in her steps. And she's despite you guys, even some crazy personal circumstances that have nothing to do with the business. She can see the Lord in all of it.
And she might not know the scriptures that align with all that. She might, you know, not, not fully, you know, even understand all of those things, but the fact that she can see him in the good, in the hard. And the fact that she did wait patiently, she has found an amazing home for her business, but yet she is generously even helping me work through some of the ideas that I have for my next endeavor.
And she is amazing. You guys, so Tracy, I'm so proud of you for the way that you've handled this situation. It's been an inspiration to watch you. And you're Seint. Business and you deserve all the love in the world for this recognition. So congratulations. So the next person I want to shout out is someone who's really special to my heart.
And [00:26:00] that is Mona se at some though. Oh, gosh, I'm gonna get emotional again. Cause you guys. This is the hardest part is. Knowing that like even sweet Mona her income, maybe hasn't been impacted so much by the news with sate. Because a majority of it does come from her awesome personal cells. She crushed it last month.
She was the number two seller out of all of my 47 directs. And so she had another amazing month and it's been a joy to watch her steadily grow that by sharing a product that has, has been such a difference maker for her. And she has built an amazing team, you know, from that, that does contribute to a factor of her income, but the way that I've watched her. Just prayerfully pursue this time. To continue to align, to serving her customers, knowing that she loves this, this makeup, and she loves. ~Um, ~being able to share with people and help them, but her heart, for those of us that she know knows are hurting in, this has just been so beautiful.
And there's been so many people that, that,~ uh,~ that fit into [00:27:00] that category. And so for that, I'm grateful, but Mona, I just want you to know how incredible of a leader you are, how incredible of a woman of God you are, and what an incredible inspiration to me that you are. And Simona congratulations on an amazing month and an incredible journey here at Seint. So. Ooh, sorry.
I'm emotional. You guys. So the last. The mush. No apologize for that. Right. The last, ~uh, ~the last recognition is actually someone who I don't really know much about, but I kept seeing her name come up in my recognition over and over again. And what she was able to do last month is really inspiring. And so that is Andrea McGregor.
And let's see when she joined, I think she joined recently. Let me look, but she right to the top 5%. As an artist for, let me see. When she joined, she was a top enroller on my team last month. Oh. And I don't have it on my spreadsheet, but I believe she recently joined and she joined under just a rockstar [00:28:00] team that has had momentum despite all of this craziness that does it in a way that allows, ~uh, ~you know, whether that is online or social media or in person. And so while I don't know the specifics of what she's been able to do here in a very short time. It's definitely worth shouting out. So Andrea, congratulations on an amazing month and accomplishing some really big things in your business last month. And, ~um, ~I just pray that wherever this path takes you. ~Uh, ~to know that you can bring that same energy into wherever the Lord has for you.
So congratulations to Andrea. All right. Lastly, let's breeze through some of these KPIs because it's honestly, probably the most boring part of this episode, but I think it's one of the most important parts because it actually talks about the specifics of. The numbers or the things that you should track in your business.
And so these are all things that you should be tracking. These are things that I track in my, in my business. So I want to share them with you. So, and there were really good in June. So total team sales was 1.91 million, which was 8% up from [00:29:00] last June, significantly up. Actually didn't get that number from, from last month.
And overall was just an amazing, amazing thing. And again was one of the top 10 in, ~um,~ ever with my team. So my personal cells also, they were 5,986, which I'm just still like, wow. That is seriously insane. ~Um, ~it's 7% up from last June. So it sounds like I had a pretty good June last year as well, but still it was higher, which is great and much higher than my average of about 43. Hundred is about my average, ~um, ~and lots higher than the last few months.
And so I, ~um,~ I'm so glad to see that up as well. Total artist, 4,406, which is 6% up to last year. So my team was not crumbling. You guys now know it is a little bit not gonna lie. ~Um, ~but, but that was actually growth over the last month as well. So we did see a net growth in the team last month. ~Um, ~my total directs were 47, so I did lose a couple last month. ~Um,~ but that's completely [00:30:00] understandable.
~Um, ~and, and I'm okay with that as well. New artists. We had 64, which is a little less than we had enroll. It's about 15% down from what we enrolled last June, but it's still pretty strong. It's pretty, pretty great. It's holding strong to what we, ~uh,~ what we did last month as well. We did have 62 quit.
So that's a net of just two, but that's really only 1.4% of the team, which is typical. That's normal. It's nothing, you know, To be alarming again, that number will not look the same moving forward, but I won't really be, ~um,~ sharing those, those numbers. ~Um, ~from this point forward, just say, you know, because I don't really know what's going to happen, but it's probably not going to be that.
Great. So, ~um, ~let's see what else we've got rank advancements 41, which was great. None for my directs, but that's okay. I have one gal who is like this close to ranking to artists to this month. And I'm really excited about that. So, ~Um, um, um, ~I'm proud of her PIR for persevering, despite all of this as well.
~Uh, ~one exciting thing is we have those 41. ~Uh, ~rank advancements, six of them were our core or foundation rank of artists three, [00:31:00] which as you know, is a huge focus of mine as well. And that's higher than in the months. ~Um, ~prior, so I'm thrilled with that. That was another, another Goodwin. Average sales per teeny was also up to 59 CV, which is in the 20% commission bracket.
It is active. Y'all know, I love for that average to be active, right. Which is two 40 CB for us, but it's still in the 20% commission bracket, which that equates to about $376 in us sales, which is pretty awesome. That $376 is what the average artist sold on my team last month that equates to about 75 bucks in their pocket.
So that's including. ~Um,~ the next stat, which is the 79% that were not active. But 21% of those were active. And so the fact that there's a lot of zeros in there, that's a lot of people not really doing a whole lot due to this uncertainty. It's still averaged out throughout the whole team to 376 in the U S or 518 in Canada, [00:32:00] which has over a hundred dollars in the Canadians pockets last month on average. So that's huge.
Now, when you focus in on just the ones who were active, meaning they had at least two 40 CV in their business that sales proactive TIMI jumps to $1,800, which is like, Insane. That's an average of $551 in commissions, just from sales. That's not including the team. So, you know, is it possible to make a great income from sales alone here?
Yes. Do I think that those people who are achieving that would be active in their business without it probably without the leadership side of it. I mean, Probably not because we're the ones who've been equipping them with the systems, the tools, the training, the skills. Along the way to do it. So, ~um, ~But that's still really, really amazing. So, ~um, ~let's see.
What's next. So then custom, total customers is 2,450. ~Um, ~previously it was 26 [00:33:00] 0 1 Seint. Went in and cleaned up some of the duplicates. And so after that duplicate, I'm not really sure what that leads to new customers for me. ~Um, ~but it was 2,450 for that. So. All right guys. I believe this wasn't too boring. For y'all.
I hope that this gives you, you know, kind of an accurate update of, ~um, ~what, ~um, ~my heart is both on the current situation, but also wrapping up this renewal recap with all of you. ~Um, ~six months in. I will also be doing one more episode on the, the last letter in the chisel, which is leadership. ~Um, ~and so I, that will kind of wrap up my renewal series, if you will. From that.
And, ~uh,~ yeah, so I've got several exciting. Things in line for this podcast. So stay tuned. And of course I will be sharing my journey, learning out loud when I'm ready to share what the Lord has for me next and all the things. So love you guys. Thank you for listening. And I'm gonna pray with you guys.
That's my new, my new tradition. So let's. Let's do it. Lord, thank you for the listeners of this [00:34:00] podcast. Thank you for the opportunity to serve them through the experiences and the, the wins and, and opportunities for growth all along the way. And let it be inspiring to those who are trying to build a business like this and whatever company and whatever phase of their business.
~Um, ~and just, just help them to get clear on both the fact that you're in charge of it, all, that you are the source of it all, but that we need to reflect on the ways that you're working. In our lives and in our businesses regularly, otherwise it can, we can just be kind of flying blind. So just open our eyes and hearts to see your will above all for whatever's next for each person, ~um, ~be with those who are in Rhodan and fields and Satan and beauty counter, and anybody else that might be struggling in this transition or worried about the future of this business model, but together empower us and equip us to rise up and do this the right way with the principles that are found in your word.
And thank. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to do that together. In Jesus' name. [00:35:00] Amen.
All right, guys, you'll have a great week left. Y'all.
