My Heart and Decisions for Seint's Compensation Plan Changes

Oh, I kind of can't believe I'm doing this,~ um,~ live, but I've learned to trust that whenever I get a prompting from the Lord to share my heart and any specific,~ um, ~Wisdom or thoughts that he sends my way that might serve somebody else that it's important not to overthink and just to dive in and Share and so I know some of you guys who are watching this on Facebook you talking about?
Otherwise a lot of you guys if you are part of the same community know what I'm talking about, but regardless, I feel called to step in and share my heart, my direction on essentially what has happened in the last 24 hours and my plans moving forward. So, ~um, ~Also, I will be posting this on my podcast. I don't think I've ever done a podcast live [00:01:00] like this, but I wanted to kind of be able to authentically and vulnerably share my heart and capture what I'm feeling.
And I feel like this is a way that I can, I can do that. So if you're listening on the podcast or on YouTube, I'm glad you're here as well. And so, In case you haven't heard or if you don't know what is happening in the world that I've been a part of for the last seven and a half years as a Seint artist, we received the news late last night And for many of you it might have been early this morning as you woke up that Seint has decided to restructure the commission payout for the company and in the past it has been based in a traditional network marketing business model.
They have, ~uh,~ through some time and planning decided to change it to a straight affiliate model. Which essentially means that the team component that is so [00:02:00] close to the heart of Myself, but also to the many leaders that I serve on my team and throughout the company and honestly throughout the industry It's just it's it's it's a little bit of a blow.
I think that None of us who are impacted by this some more than others would Say that it's not it's not hard Not I wasn't sure I was gonna cry but I certainly have cried enough about this And so I'm just gonna let the tears, the tears fall because you might be feeling the same way. I don't want you to know that that's okay.
And I want you to know that I'm, that I'm with you. If this feels sad or if it feels hard or if it feels confusing, that,~ um,~ that it's okay to feel that way. But I also want to, tell you that if you're feeling like I have from the minute that I heard this news, a sense of peace,~ um, ~a calmness, ~um, ~just something stirring in your spirit, [00:03:00] or maybe even a little bit of excitement about the possibility of something to come, then, then I think this message is, is for you as well.
~Um, ~and I want to start by saying that I am not making any decisions. I am not making any moves in my business. ~Um,~ In any way shape or form right now, so I want to speak first for those of you guys who might be feeling that same way in your business and you're feeling called to stay or go or change or Any any of the above things but for those of you guys who who don't know I'm right there with you, and I want you to be okay with that I want you to rest in the fact that it's okay to not have a plan especially if you don't have peace or joy or excitement about what that plan could be.
And like I said, I'm, I'm right there with you. And what I do know is this morning, ~um,~ when I, it was the craziest thing. We have a, one of [00:04:00] those like robot vacuums and I've never heard it go off at night. I don't, I think we have a setting where it's not supposed to go off at night, but it was like, So loud and it woke me up at three in the morning and I had a feeling the announcement was coming after I went to bed last night.
And so I woke up and was awake and When I couldn't go back to sleep, I reached over on my phone and read, leaned on scripture. And the scripture that, ~um,~ came up first was Joshua 1, 9, which is, Have I not commanded you, be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
And I, ~um,~ with a lot of my, my close friends have been, ~um,~ prayerfully reading through the Bible. And I know that that scripture in particular, a few months back was really impactful for a lot of us in whatever season that we might be facing. So even if you're not insane, maybe you're in another company,~ um,~ and have been through this, or, or maybe it's just a completely unrelated business journey when your world just feels [00:05:00] rocked and the uncertainty is real.
~Um,~ I know where we can look and that is to the Lord. And so that scripture has kind of been my,~ um,~ I guess, mantra, if you will, as I've, as I've taken this day without a plan with anything other than just to show up and serve the people that I love who are impacted by this and to do it one at a time, which is really hard because there's obviously messages coming in from a lot of people who care deeply and the messages mean the world to me.
Especially the ones that are coming from the right place. I even had, ~um,~ this is amazing. One of my mentors that has guided me so much, send me a message that she The Lord put me on her heart and I knew that she didn't know about this because I know her heart well enough to know That she wouldn't have sent me that message if she did it and I told her that that was a reminder to me that He is with me not that I didn't need that reminder But the fact that he continues to confirm that he's in this with me and I can promise you that he's in it with you too and so, [00:06:00] oh for those of you guys who again like me don't know what you're gonna do next.
I want you to know that that's okay. All right. ~Um, ~I will share, ~um,~ a couple of things that I think have been settled in a minute, but I also want to address publicly. Those who have previously before this news made a decision to add an additional company or switch to another company. And I just, I want to, I want you to know, and for anybody that has listened to my podcast, I've been very open about my belief that it's always best to go all in on your heart and mission for whatever it is that, that you do, because it's really difficult to divide your time.
But I also want to apologize. for anyone that truly did make that decision prayerfully for their family because they had some concerns and suspicions and some direction, discernment, whatever you want to call it, to make that choice. And I, you know, of course hindsight's always 20 20 and that was one of the hardest parts for me was I am an optimist.
I'm a loyalist. [00:07:00] I, ~Um, ~lean on hope always, right? And that was shaken for me when I first found out because it felt like a hit to my worth. But then I realized that that's exactly what all of us need, right? Like we need that optimism. We need that hope. We need that excitement and we need that joy.
Thankfully, I was able to go watch the new Inside Out movie with my daughter yesterday. ~Um, ~my word of the year is Renewal, which is based in Romans 12, 2, which is do not be conformed by the pattern of this world, but instead be transformed by the renewal of your mind. And then you will know his will, his good and pleasing and perfect will.
And I'm kind of saying that from memory, so I might be not be saying it perfectly, but I love that movie because it is The thoughts that we have, the emotions that we have, they're all real and they can be the same things at once. They can be sad and they can be joyful. They can be angry. They can be hurt.
They can definitely, anxiety can step in and wreak havoc on all of us. ~Um,~ and [00:08:00] I just think that the biggest thing that's on my heart is we've got to have grace and be vulnerable to know that we're all doing the best we can and people are making the decisions. that align with what their spirit is telling them and we have to honor that and we have to be, give grace to those because some people are really excited about something new and they are seeing this time as an opportunity to dive into something new.
That is not me. I don't have that clarity and until I have that clarity I'm not doing a thing, okay? So I want to reiterate that. But for those that have, ~um,~ whether that was in the past, again, I'm sorry if I ever made you feel like that was a wrong choice because I know in this season it probably seems like the best choice.
But I also, for those of you guys who, who, Did you know stick it out to this point? Or for those of you guys who want to move forward with this in your business That is something that I honor and celebrate as well because like this is bad news for a lot of us this is [00:09:00] good news for Those who have a passion for sharing this makeup as I do and will Always I have been sharing this makeup long before I was making an income from it to be honest.
I Still love and wear the makeup and even in this journey like When I put it on, it still feels, it still feels amazing. And so, you know, for that reason, I am going to continue to remain a Seint affiliate, at least for the time being. I also am planning to still attend conference and reunion is what we call it.
~Um, ~I think it's very fitting that it's called Over the Rainbow. And the reason that I'm doing it is primarily because there will be recognition for the hard work that has been done by so many over the last 18 months, and I really want to be able to be there to cheer them on. I also want to keep every decision with an open hand and a prayerful heart, and that includes trying to better understand the vision that Seint has and being open minded to that.
I'm not. even if it's something that I don't choose to pursue in the future for [00:10:00] those that I guide that maybe do because again there's grace in all of those decisions and there will be people who will Be excited about this news and who will stay and will change and we need to honor those as well And so I just I think to kind of wrap up and thank you for all all the comments I probably won't be able to like go go through them ~Um, ~but I think to wrap up, I think the advice and the wisdom is, you know, first of all, like, just be grateful, you know, be grateful for this experience.
I know I am. I wouldn't change a bit of it. ~Um, ~even if I knew now, I wouldn't, I wouldn't change a bit. And for those in network marketing, who's, who's maybe faith is shaken in the business model. I understand mine is a little bit too. I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't, but you know, I do think that what can come of this is really beautiful.
And I. I am so grateful for every bit of it. And honestly, it's not even the income, it's the friendships, it's the lessons learned, it's, I'm, I'm, I'm a better person because of this experience. And so, thank you guys. And [00:11:00] so, be grateful. Be grateful for that. And just maybe find five to ten things that you can think of that have been a blessing to you in this business.
And so, thank you. That's my first step is be grateful. Number two is be kind, be kind to people because we're all trying to figure this out together. And I know from personal experience, when this news hits, we can sometimes get really frustrated and look for someone to blame. And we're all just trying to do the best that we can.
I believe that. And people are navigating. real fears, real financial issues, real, real decisions. And we have to honor the choices that people choose to make. And we have to have grace for those that do. So just be kind and give others grace in the decisions that they make in this journey. And lastly, just be prayerful.
~Um,~ I know that something I lean on my favorite book, if you're not a believer and you don't know where to start, the book of James is a [00:12:00] great, quick, easy read to really dive into the heart of the Lord, because it's literally the words of James, the brother of Jesus. And so I, I love the entire book.
There's so much goodness in there. But one of my favorite scriptures is just that one of the things that the Lord promises is. that he will always give us is wisdom if we just ask. And so again, I'm, I'm butchering the actual scripture. Sorry about that, but ask for wisdom, pray for your next steps. And until you have clarity and peace on what that is, Don't feel like you have to make a decision because sometimes it is it's be still and wait or in my in my Season, you know, it's it's staying called to what I've been called to which is serving my team serving my customers Absolutely love this makeup and if you are my customer like again I'm not I'm not going anywhere with with that side of it because I love it that much and and have and and honestly I can't imagine I can't imagine anything else.
And so Just be prayerful about about your next steps and and when and if you have that [00:13:00] peace and that clarity and that comfort and that joy and I'm here to tell you that some do and they are jumping all in and it can be a safe place to land if you still feel that spark of joy and if you through prayer and discernment and transparency and conversations with people that you trust and love if you feel like that's something that is a right move for you, you can be confident in that as well.
And so I just. ~Um,~ I hope that, I hope this is helpful for y'all, ~um,~ and I love y'all so very much. I hope this is still live, cause I'm getting a phone call, shocker.~ Um, ~if it's not, I just got a phone call. But, I love y'all, and, ~um,~ Yeah, so just I'll be praying for each and every one of you. In fact, I'm going to do that right now as we close Lord.

As they navigate their own journeys and make the decisions that are best for them and Lord, we know that you work all things together for the good of those who love you and are called according to your purpose and so Just help us to rest in the fact that there can be good that comes from the hard and all of the goodness is from You and so help us look to the goodness and be grateful for that But realize that the hard things that we go through are what make us more like you and we know that you are You suffered through everything that we're feeling, whatever that feels like.
And that's the beauty of sending your son, Jesus on this earth to walk in the exact same things that we're going through. So just help us look to his example and his word and to rest in that. And again, to be strong and courageous and in Jesus name. Amen. So, oh, thank you. Thank you [00:15:00] guys. Thank you. Well, I love y'all.

I'm just trying to keep a prayerful, open heart to all of this, but it felt like the right thing to do today and for right now, so that is, that is what I'm doing.
